Lorraine Bracco was born on 2 October 1954 in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York City, New York. She was raised in Hicksville on Long Island. She is the daughter of an Italian American father and a British mother. She is the elder sister of Elizabeth Braco. She married two times but both the marriages did not last long. Her first husband was Daniel Guerard, and she re-married Edward James Olmos.
After divorcing her first husband, she entered into a romantic relationship with Harvey Keitel. She has a daughter Stella Keitel, fathered by Harvey Keitel. She had to fight legally for the custody of her daughter when both of them separated. Later she was forced to file for bankruptcy due to the heavy fees spent on this case. She has one more daughter named Margaux, fathered by her ex-husband Daniel Guerard. She is now dating Jason Cippola, a former basketball star of Syracuse Orange.
She owes a line of wines by the name of Bracco Wines. She talked about how she got over clinical depression, in the talk show- Oprah. She also promoted her book ‘On the Couch’ in this show.
